Our Returns Promise

We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If for any reason you‘re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to all products purchased through our Website. We keep things simple — the same rules apply across the board, no matter what you‘ve bought.


Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. That’s the cooling-off period.

You don‘t need a reason — if you simply change your mind, that’s fine by us.

Once you‘ve let us know that you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to send the items back to us.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a goodwill returns period, giving you a total of 28 days from the date you receive your order to return unwanted items for a full refund.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused — Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Original condition — Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Not marked as final sale — Any items purchased as “final sale” or “non-returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Proof of purchase — Please include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation with your return.

We carefully inspect all returned items upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear, has been washed, is missing tags, or does not meet the conditions above, we may not be able to accept your return and will send the item back to you.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in transit back to us.

Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will of course put things right.

In these circumstances:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange for the return to be covered by us.
  • You are entitled to a full refund, including the original delivery cost you paid to receive the order.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Before You Return — Important Information

Because our warehouse locations vary depending on the item you’ve purchased and where it was sourced from, please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

If you wish to make a return, you must get in touch with our Customer Service team before sending any items. We will then provide you with the correct return address for your specific order.

Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed and may be lost or delayed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available in your account — this is outside our control.

If you are returning items for a reason other than fault (for example, because you changed your mind), the original delivery cost you paid will not be refunded.


Late Returns

Returns received outside the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion, but we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund in such cases.

If you know you will be returning items late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.


Our Legal Obligation

This returns policy is offered in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
